The Salem Airport and the Salem Urban Development Department is developing 70 acres at the south end of the Airport for corporate hangers, aviation and non-aviation related businesses. This area is being developed in three Phases. Phases 1 and 2 consist of 55 acres with access to taxiways and runways. Phase 1 is devoted to corporate hangars. Phase II is devoted to aviation related businesses. Phase III consists of 15 acres and is separated by Airway drive. This area will not have access to taxiways or runways.
